Lynette started at Ahart, Frinzi & Smith in 1982 as a part-time employee through the business work release program in high school. She joined Ahart, Frinzi & Smith full time in 1983 and obtained her property/casualty insurance license. She now manages the New Jersey office and handles commercial lines clients.
