Michael is Vice President and an owner of Ahart, Frinzi & Smith. He has worked in the insurance industry since 1981 and has been actively involved with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association of New Jersey, having served as a past President of the Association. Michael currently serves on the Government & Industry Affairs Committee for the Association and is a member of the Casualty & Property Advisory Committee for the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
