Professional Experience: Bill has specialized in Business Insurance for 30 years, joining Ahart Agency, now Ahart, Frinzi & Smith in 1991. His sales territory includes Northwest NJ & Northeast PA. He has been successful in insuring auto repair shops, gas stations, retail stores, restaurants, contractors, public entities, professional offices and other classes of business.

Education: Bill achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation 25 years ago and has annually completed 2 1/2 days of Insurance Education Updates to retain his designation.

Public Service: Bill has been active in community organizations such as Heart Fund and United Way. He is the Past President of Phillipsburg Jaycees as well as Phillipsburg Rotary. His other public service includes Meals on Wheels, Phillipsburg Planning Board, Warren County Planning Board, Warren County Recreation Commission and Phillipsburg Shade Tree Commission.

Interests: Bill enjoys golfing, travelling and spending time with his 7 grandchildren.
